Dr. Edward Giaquinto (Dr.G) brings almost four decades of clinical and forensic experience to his work as a psychologist and evaluator. He obtained his first Master’s degree in clinical psychology in 1989. He then obtained his second Master’s degree in 1992 and later his Doctorate in psychology in 1996.
Over the past 18 years Dr. Giaquinto has conducted an extensive amount of employment-related claims including those involving psychological injury, personal injury, wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination, and more, throughout the state of California. He has been retained as an expert to conduct assessments for attorneys, hospitals, doctors, corporations, state and government agencies.
Dr. G was trained by a leading expert QME recognized by the Division of Workers Compensation Board and by the State Bar of California – Board of Legal Specialization: Workers Compensation Law
As a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), Dr. Giaquinto possesses the necessary certification from the California Division of Workers’ Compensation to conduct medical evaluations. When appointed as a QME, Dr. Giaquinto’s impartial and thorough assessments provide objective insights into the nature and extent of injuries related to Workers’ Compensation claims. His evaluations include a comprehensive review of medical records, a detailed examination of the injured worker, and the issuance of detailed, comprehensive reports that provide an unbiased determination of Causation that is supported by Substantial Evidence and Reasonable Medical Probability
IME Evaluation: Dr. Giaquinto conducts IME evaluations for the state of California. He is also procured by several organizations and firms to conducts IME evaluations.
